I’ve been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2008 and I’m a Certified Mindful Coach getting Board Certification as a Health and Wellness Coach. I am strongly informed by the Internal Family Systems model and other tools that increase self-understanding and self-compassion, especially with people who have been impacted by traumatic or overwhelming life experiences. My masters degree in Somatic Counseling Psychology is from Naropa University, where all training rests on a foundation of contemplative self-discovery and mindfulness practices to help bridge the perceived divides between mind, body, and spirit.
I help people move through life with more ease, more physical and emotional wellness, and with as much health and vitality as possible in every moment. As a coach, I partner with you to envision the future you want and identify the roadblocks, both outside and within you.
